1. What is the Transformer Pylon?
The Transformer Pylon is a multi-functional training tool that quickly transforms into 10+ shapes to simulate real defenders, improve puck control, and elevate your training. It’s used by players at all levels– including some of today’s top NHL teams.
2. Who is the Transformer Pylon for?
It’s built for hockey players and coaches of all ages and skill levels who want to add realistic, game-like pressure to their drills.
3. How many configurations does it have?
The Transformer Pylon can transform into over 10 positions, allowing you to practice fakes, edges, dekes, puck protection, passing lanes, and more.
4. Is it durable?
Yes– the Transformer Pylon is designed for heavy, repeated use on ice or dryland. The materials are strong, stable, and built to hold up under real training conditions.
5. How portable is it?
Very. The compact design makes them easy to carry and store, fitting into a hockey bag, backpack, or equipment bin.
6. Does it work on both ice and dryland?
Yes. The pylon is engineered for performance on both surfaces, making it ideal for practices, skill sessions, driveway training, and shooting pads.
7. Do NHL players or teams use it?
Yes– the Transformer Pylon is already being used and loved by players and staff from some of today’s top NHL teams.
8. When will my order ship?
We know you’re excited to get your gear– and we don’t blame you. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
(Please note: If you’re ordering from the United States, delivery may take longer due to customs processing, which is unfortunately outside of our control. Recently, some U.S.-bound orders have taken up to approximately 20 business days to arrive.)
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping rates and applicable duties or taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
For international orders, customs processing can still add extra transit time depending on the destination country. While we can’t control customs timelines, we always do our best to keep shipping as smooth – and as fast – as possible.
9. What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days as long as it’s in original condition. Contact us at team@transformerhockey.com for help.
10. Is there a warranty?
Yes– all Transformer Pylons and the Aegis Shooting Targets come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects for all pylons. The Game Control Transformer Pylon comes with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
11. Do you offer a coach program?
Yes. Transformer Hockey offers a Coach Program for active hockey coaches. Approved coaches receive access to preferred pricing and coach-only benefits. You can apply using the Coach Program application linked here.
12. Can I place bulk or team orders?
Absolutely. Academies and organizations can reach us through the contact form or at team@transformerhockey.com for team pricing and bulk availability.
